C’est en mars 2023 que Nathalie Bastien s’est jointe à temps partiel comme coordonnatrice de l’équipe de Sourdine Express. Elle a fait carrière pendant plus de 32 ans à Radio-Canada (et RDI) où elle a occupé différents postes à la radio, à la télé, et au web : agente de communications, recherchiste, journaliste, réalisatrice, chef de pupitre, affectatrice et lectrice de bulletins de nouvelles. Elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec la rédactrice en chef, Tamara Martinez et la designer graphique, Kim Auclair.
